ASC FY24 Artist Support Grant Recipient
An interactive sound art installation that is an invitation to curiosity of ourselves and each other. The interactive feature is based touch, this means the programmed sound will change based on when, where, and how the piece is touched. An installation that speaks and sings from different areas of the room, but hearing the messages requires participation. The sounds that are triggered are representative of different emotions and stories that live within us, heard through the lens of tenderness and curiosity. In a world full of distractions, this installation is an invitation to stop and get a little closer.
Thank you to the Arts & Science Council for sponsoring and funding this project and ongoing concept.
